Create a new class and enroll students

How to create a class in the Learning Hub and enroll students

Creating a class and enrolling students in the Learning Hub is simple and easy. 

 

 

  1. Go to your Dashboard in the header. 
  2. Click on Create a New Class
  3. Add class information such as: 
    1. Class Name
    2. Class Duration 
  4. You now have 2 options available to add students:

    ⌨️ Manual invite
    Type in the full name and email for the student(s) you want to invite.

    📎 File import
    You can import a .csv file with the name and email pairs listed. You can use the template provided in the Learning Hub.

5.   Click the Add Students button to add the student(s) to your course.

6. Creating Groups - This will randomly create groups based on the number of
students you have enrolled in this class. Simply toggle to choose the desired number of groups. ADI suggests having three to four students per group. 

7. You now have the choice of sending them an email invitation now or waiting until later to do so. 

Sending email invites out later

If you've decided to not send out an email invite and want to do it later, you can do so by navigating to Manage Invites and clicking on Send All Invites.
